Designers had started to explore the interworkings of the Dataform and jumped at another opportunity to set up and learn more about how to effectively use the module.
About the Module
Dataform is a powerful tool to display, arrange, and filter information in a wide range of ways.
Though it is complex to set up, the module can be very simple and user-friendly from the learner point of view.
Redesign
Designers created a Course Catalog dataform that offered the following enhancements:
- Highly visual display of courses including animation upon hover over each course
- Predefined Topic search filters for guidance
- Organized entries with iconography to denote various important features
